By accessing or using CreateX services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
Services and No Guaranteed Results
CreateX provides B2B sales consulting, lead generation, outreach systems, CRM optimization, sales infrastructure development, AI automation consulting, and related marketing and business services.
We do not guarantee revenue increases, closed deals, specific ROI, meeting volume, conversion rates, or business growth outcomes.
Client Responsibilities and Payment
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain lawful business practices
- Review and approve campaigns
- Ensure compliance within their industry
- Avoid unlawful or deceptive activities
Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due upfront or according to invoice terms. Retainers are non-refundable once work begins, and delayed payments may pause services.
Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
All proprietary systems, frameworks, documents, templates, workflows, and methodologies remain the property of CreateX unless otherwise agreed in writing. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business information shared during engagement.
Limitation of Liability and Third-Party Platforms
CreateX is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, third-party platform restrictions, or outreach account limitations. Maximum liability shall not exceed fees paid to CreateX within the preceding 30 days.
Clients acknowledge that outreach and marketing activities may involve third-party platforms whose policies may change at any time. CreateX is not responsible for account restrictions, bans, or enforcement actions imposed by those services.
Termination and Governing Law
Either party may terminate services according to agreed notice periods, and outstanding balances remain payable. These terms are governed by applicable international commercial laws and the jurisdiction determined by CreateX operations.
