Service Nature
Due to the custom and strategic nature of CreateX services, refunds are limited once work has commenced.
Retainers and Setup Fees
Monthly retainers are generally non-refundable after strategy work begins, systems are deployed, or outreach preparation starts. Setup fees cover research, infrastructure, technical implementation, and strategic planning, and are non-refundable.
Cancellation and Commission Agreements
Clients may terminate recurring services according to agreed notice periods. Outstanding invoices remain payable. Where commission structures apply, commissions remain due on qualifying deals according to signed agreements.
