Purpose and Scope
This Data Processing Agreement governs the processing of personal data between CreateX and its clients. It applies where CreateX processes personal data on behalf of clients.
Data and Processing
Data may include names, emails, company details, CRM data, outreach records, and communication logs. CreateX may process data for lead generation, outreach campaigns, CRM management, sales optimization, reporting, and analytics.
Security and Subprocessors
CreateX implements commercially reasonable safeguards including access controls, secure storage, restricted permissions, and encrypted systems where applicable.
We may use third-party subprocessors including CRM systems, email platforms, automation tools, hosting providers, and AI providers.
Client Duties, Rights, and Deletion
Clients confirm they possess lawful authority to provide and process data shared with CreateX. CreateX will reasonably assist clients in responding to lawful data requests where applicable.
Upon termination, CreateX may delete or anonymize client-related data unless legally required to retain it.
